Class cancellations

  • You must cancel your class 2 hours prior to your scheduled class start. If you do not cancel before the 2-hour window, your account will be deducted a class from your profile as if you had attended.

Studio policies

  • No Phones in Class: Please leave phones turned off and in the cubbies during class. (better yet, leave it at home!) Apple Watches Must be set to Theatre Mode to minimize distractions.

  • the studio is not responsible for Personal items left at the studio (including mats)

  • No Cash: For the convenience and safety of our community and team, we do not accept cash as a form of payment. All transactions must be completed via credit or debit card.

  • Participation at Your Own Risk: By attending classes, clients acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any injury or incident during class.

Discounts

  • Students, 65+, First Responder, Active Military, and Teachers all qualify for a 15% discount. This discount is eligible only on class packs and monthly memberships and cannot be combined with other special discounts, offers, and promotions.

  • Discount cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

  • Intro Offers are one-time deals and are only available to new students only

  • All Sales are Final – Classes are not eligible for transfer, exchange, or refund.

community policies

  • You Belong Here. Inclusivity and connection are the foundation for all our Rituals. Make yourself comfortable, greet your friends at the door, and don't hesitate to ask for what you need. You are exactly where you are supposed to be.

  • Keep the studio sacred. In an effort to respect each other, time, and space, please leave your belongings, shoes, and cellphones outside the studio space. Please enjoy fun and playful conversations in the back lounge or reception area to respect everyone's practice.

  • Arrive on Time. Give yourself time to check in, arrive, ground, and settle into the space. Classes begin and end on time. Late entry will not be permitted once a class has begun.

  • Feedback is a Gift. Let us know what you love and what's not working for you! The way we grow is through feedback.

Membership Policies & Cancellations

Membership can be cancelled directly in your Walla account or by writing to hello@ritualyogamissoula.com. If requesting cancellation via email, please allow 72-hours for response and cancellation.

  • Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. Early termination results in a $50 fee.

  • You may place your auto-pay membership on hold one time per calendar year. All membership suspensions will be capped at a 2 month maximum time allowance. After the 2-month term, your membership will be re-activated. For each additional hold, the fee is $20 per month.

  • Memberships and class packages are not eligible for transfer, exchange, or refund.

Membership Perks

  • Members are allowed one complimentary guest pass per month

  • All members receive 10% off retail products and additional discounts on workshops and special events.
