ritual musings
a deeper dive into our community, our values, the 8 limbs of yoga, and rituals to cultivate connection

community spotlight: ANDREW
Ritual has become more than a yoga studio for Andrew. “I’m grateful for what Ritual has become for me—a place of refuge and reflection.”

community spotlight: June
June joined Ritual before it officially opened, summoning all the courage she could muster to attend a class the day after the grand opening. After taking just ten classes, she submitted a Google review that included, “I am in my 70s, and I agree with their website that says yoga is for all peoples and all bodies and that all are welcome.”

community spotlight: kelsey
What draws Kelsey back to Ritual time and time again is the unique energy of the space. "I love an intentionally designed space where the human need for beauty and balance is attended to - and Ritual is that kind of space. It’s a haven for nervous system regulation." The thoughtful design and welcoming atmosphere offer a sanctuary for anyone looking to restore balance, both physically and mentally.

community spotlight: riley

community spotlight: jack
Since joining the Ritual community in February 2024, Jack has experienced a profound shift in both his practice and daily life..
What stands out most to him about Ritual is the welcoming, judgment-free space.
“It doesn’t matter how experienced or fit you are,” he says. “Ritual meets each of us where we are.”
